We are Hippo Labs. Your GP Practice has chosen to work with us to help make sure you don't miss out on the medical care you are due. We don't provide your care, we just help your Practice contact you.

We are a UK-based company that works with NHS GP Practices to identify what care their patients require, and help them to book their appointments as easily as possible. We follow NHS UK Digital Standards and will never sell your data.

📋 What We Do

• Rather than waiting for a letter or having to remember to phone your GP, we check what care you need and send you a message so you can book your appointment quickly and easily. This might be an annual review, medication checks, vaccinations, or health screenings.
• We send you a reminder. By text, email, WhatsApp, or via the NHS App, whichever method you use the most.
• You choose how to respond. You can click the booking link in the message or call the Practice to book your appointment.

You'll usually get something like this:

Messages could also include links to update the information on your health record (for example a smoking status or a blood pressure reading), and there might be NHS information links to explain what your appointment will involve.

Every message will include your name and be specific to an appointment you require.

We will only ever contact you because your Practice has asked us to, and each message will be tailored to you.
